How long does delivery take?+
Wrap your hair at night with a satin scarf, avoid excessive product build-up, and co-wash gently when needed. Air-dry fully before restyling.
How long does production take?+
Once dispatched, deliveries within Lagos typically take 1–3 business days, while deliveries outside Lagos take 2–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders are currently processed through Instagram or direct contact so we can calculate your shipping fee based on your location.
Can I reuse my locs?+
Yes. Our locs are designed to be reusable with proper care and maintenance.

Can I customise my order?+
Yes. Depending on the collection, you may be able to customise the length, colour, and other details. Please contact us before placing your order if you have a custom request.

Our locs can be installed by a professional stylist. Installation guidance is also available for selected products.
What is your return policy?+
Because our locs are handcrafted and hygiene-sensitive, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
