Returns & exchanges
Because our locs are a hygiene-sensitive, hand-finished product, we accept returns only on unopened, unused sets in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right, a replacement or full refund.
