Made-to-Order Collections Our handcrafted collections are made to order with care and attention to detail. * Production Time: 7–14 working days * Once completed, your order is carefully packaged and dispatched.
Ready-to-Ship Collections Products that do not require handcrafting or customization are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Estimated Delivery * Lagos: 1–3 business days * Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days Tracking information will be provided where available.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we accept returns only for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
